Brightness and Contrast

The Brightness and Contrast performance of your display also depends at which level you set the Brightness in the Brightness Control of your monitor's OSD settings. This test will show you the differences.

Measurement Process

To complete the brightness and contrast measurements for this test, you'll have to place the Spyder in the middle of your screen.
The dialogue will ask you to change the brightness level in your monitor settings. Please be sure you close your monitor's menu before you continue with the next measurement.

Result

The result offers you an overview on how your display actually performs in terms of Brightness and Contrast on different brightness levels.
