I run Windows 11 and receive an error at the end of the calibration:
Error Code: 999
Error Message: SaveProfileUsing...
OR
Error Code: 999
Error Message: Sorry, there was a problem creating the profile

To solve this issue, please check the following

Please make sure you have deactivated the HDR functionality in Windows 11: Windows 11 menu -> Settings -> System -> Display.

Please also check the following:

Please also have the function "Automatically manage color for apps" disabled.

Windows Settings -> System -> Display -> Profile under Color Management as shown below.
