Sorry, technically you can't use Spyder X2 or Spyder X software with a Spyder5 calibrator. Also, you can't use Spyder5 software with a Spyder X2 or a Spyder X calibrator. Therefore, please double check which Spyder calibrator you got. After that, look for the latest software under:

Spyder5 is the previous generation of Spyder hardware and technically a totally different piece of hardware compared to the new Spyder X2 sensors, that are based technically on the Spyder X sensors, even if they look similar shape wise.
