The automatic Room Light Switching feature is available in the Spyder5PRO+ software. You will find it in the main menu of the software where you also set the target values for Gamma, Whitepoint and Brightness. However, you won’t find it in the „advanced settings“ as mentioned in the Spyder5PRO+ software pop-up window. From the Calibration Settings screen of your Spyder5PRO+ software, click on the Change Settings button at the bottom of the screen.

Change the Room Light settings to Room Light Switching to activate the Room Light Switching feature.
