I am getting error message(s) "SaveProfileUsingICM.CompareFiles failed" and/or "SaveProfileUsingICM.Delete File failed". Why is this happening?
Please make sure no other software accesses the profile and you run the Spyder software with admin rights.
To do this, simple reboot your system, do not launch any application and run the calibration again (sometimes you need to do a right mouse click -> run as admin instead of a double click to start an application with admin rights granted).
If the failure persists:
Please un-install your Spyder software and reboot your system.
Download and install with full admin rights and deactivated antivirus program the current version from our website.
Please note:
Sometimes you need to do a right mouse click -> run as admin instead of a double click to start an application with admin rights granted.
Run the software also with full admin rights and perform a new calibration.
