The issue, "Problem associating profile", may arise on Windows OS. This is an indication that the standard "sRGB" profile is assigned as current monitor profile. This standard profile does not contain any individual corrections for your monitor.

Either run a new FullCAL calibration using the Spyder software or assign a monitor profile that you have created previously for this monitor via the SpyderUtility -> Profile Management ... functionality / ProfileChooser on older Spyder versions.
